I understand the National Fraud Initiative have specific legal authority allowing them to data match personal information collected for different purposes.
I'd like to find out a bit more about this.
Tried a quick internet search with no luck.
Is there anyone out there who could point me in the right direction ?
Ideally some kind of summary on what the NFI can do and the legal powers that allow them to do it.
many thanks in advance
