I agree with what Tim said earlier. Spend your time on the contract itself
.. ie. spefying the terms, than worrying about the Act. What I mean is make
sure that the outside company operates to YOUR standards, it can be from
whether they have safe offices or operate our of portacabins or having
trained staff that were not picked from the street the morning of the survey.
On your notification ... see if you got one of the standard(ish) clauses of
using admininstrative student data (eg. courses attended, address, family
circumstances) for research and statistical purposes.
