Having just gone through a process where the organisation wanted to contact
person who had been through the job application procedure (successful and
unsuccessful) to determine their views on the procedure, it might be
worthwhile checking with internal audit/inspection/market research
departments regarding any potential use they might wish to use the data for
occasionally.
The proposed purpose of the contact was to improve the organisations
recruitment processes.
