Would the BSI Subject Access Guidance have the same basis as a Code of
Practice published under the IC's powers provided for by section 51(3)?

Why has the Commissioners Office not issued a Code of Practice for Subject
Access?
Perhaps OIC thinks the basic compliance advice documents are enough?
Or maybe because BSI DISC manual that was written by BSI in association
with OIC contains one in section PD0012-7:2001?
Commercial considerations rule, I guess.
