We are reviewing our retention periods for PVP markers and this question
cropped up. If we decide to review every year and a person hasn't been
visited for over a year, how do we know he will no longer be potentially
violent and so take his name off our register ?
I would think a letter asking him/her will merely agravate the situation.
Should we just remove his name and wait and see, so maybe endangering
staff ?
