In a discussion earlier today the management of subject access requests
arose.
Bearing in mind that every sector and organisation has to deal subject
access if they receive them,
that the Registrar/Commissioner has previously given advice on a number of
issues arising from the management of subject access,
and that the elements in the management of such requests are largely generic
(viz the earlier e-mail thread on destruction of records); Why has the
Commissioners Office not issued a Code of Practice for Subject Access?
Or is it being worked on?
