How would you deal with the request for access if within that account
e-mails existed relating to an industrial tribunal the member of staff was
involved in against the organisation?
What would the situation be if the reason for the request for access were to
gain information from the mail box about communications between the employee
and their staff association/union?
If you have external e-mail access, what if the account contained material
from the staff members bank, or solicitor, or doctor, or hospital.......
