DATA SHARING SEMINAR

This seminar is being held due to the increasing interest in data sharing,
not least by the Performance and Innovation Unit (PIU) at the UK Cabinet
Office, whose very recently published report 'Privacy and Data Sharing: The
Way Forward for Public Services' has significant implications for public
sector data sharing.
AIM OF THE SEMINAR
To look at current initiatives and good practice in the sharing of personal
information between agencies operating in the public sector.
PANEL OF SPEAKERS
The panel is made up of leading contributors and speakers on public sector
data sharing.
We are also pleased to announce the attendance of a speaker from the Lord
Chancellor's Department, which is responsible for taking forward the PIU
Report.
