Thank you all for your replies. I thought that the miscellaneous exemptions
under Schedule 7 probably applied but as the prospective employer did not
offer a job to the ex-employee - thought perhaps the onus was on us but I
dare say if the ex-employee made a SAR then the onus would definiitely be on
us.
