Another thorny one ...
With increased reliance on email I am getting increasing numbers of requests
for access to email accounts. These are usually people who have recently
left or those that have gone long term sick or on long term leave.
Has anyone any thoughts on the legality on this and how it might be
proceduralised ?
At the moment I require senior management (our senior management team)
approval before allowing access but I've a gut feeling that even this is a
little iffy.
Regards,
Jon
