I agree with John - I dont believe it's personal data as it would be
filed under a property address - so it's not about an individual.
Another thing, if it has to be in the public domain because of planning
law then that would override DP considerations.
However, it gets more complicated by the minute - I believe I am
correct in saying that FOI amends the DP Act to disclose personal info
in an unstructured file, if DP principles would permit it. But as it's
unstructured you would need to know where it was likely to be held
before you could look for it.......
