The Parliament Advisory Committee on Transport Safety (PACTS)have been know to send out e-mail to those who have asked to be informed of updates to their web site. Once such e-mail had 185 e-mail addresses listed in the 'to' section. It included a vast number of MP's e-mail addresses (some of which seemed to be personal, rather than 'parliament' e-mail addresses), one at the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO), and a ruc.police.uk one.
The recipient list was more interesting than the e-mail.
