Why should the council need any personal data from this
excercise?
Which condition in schedule 2 of the Act will cover the
processing by the council?
As it may be sensitive data If an offence has been committed what
additional condition in schedule 3 will cover the council
processing?
If the excercise is to find out how many vehicles travel at what
speed then no personal data is needed. In fact you do not need
cameras - just devices to measure speed.
If the police are likely to prosecute they may need personal data
but they should not need to transfer it to the council for
"monitoring" purposes.
