Bearing in mind the recent case in Wakefield, I would say "no." You'd
probably find it difficult to justify putting it anywhere, even a council's
Intranet, in a searchable format because of the proprietary legislation.
Problems also arise where data is being sent all over the world, not just
within the EEA, such as planning lists.
With the informed consent of the data subject, it may be possible.
