We collect people's names and phone numbers when they purchase tickets for
an event at the leisure centre or museum. If the event is cancelled, we will
ring the customers and let them know. What would be the protocol for leaving
a message with a spouse or on an answerphone? Considering the tickets may
have been a surprise present, or the wife might be entertaining her
'lover'?? etc.
We have a problem with the use of archive material, at the museum. Where an
old photo is to be used, in a display or leaflet etc., do we still have to
get permission??
When running an event that a school may attend, who's permission do we need
to take publicity photographs?
Thanks.
