I totally agree with Gail, however it is interesting to see that in leaflets
provided by the OIC to data subjects, their draft letter asks for "all the
information you hold about me", seems a little like an open ended request
don't you think?
I think the best practice is to contact the person and ask exactly what it
is that they want, and if they are unsure often assistance to identify
possible dates times etc, this seems to fall in line with the new ethos of
information access.
