Dear all
Can you provide me with an answer as to whether, on receipt of a subject
access request, all emails sent by or to an data subject need be provided,
or only emails mentioning the employee (but not send to or by the data
subject). Does the data subject have a right to be provided with
information they have already seen? Or can an organisation legitimately
withhold this information? Of course, they must be provided with emails
that are about them but they haven't had access to previously (?).
Your help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Matt
