The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences
Regulations 1995
These regulations require employers to report to the enforcing
authority any accident resulting in death, major injury, or incapacity
for normal work for three days or more. The definition of accident
includes any act of non-consensual physical violence whilst at work.
Section 35 (1) DPA may help.

Hi,
Is there some requirement to report accidents at work to the Health
and
Safety Executive.
They are asking for a lot of personal details
(http://riddor.nbapp.com/hse/riddor.nsf/WebF2508?OpenForm)
The form is not held at a *.gov.uk domain, it does not cater for a
secure
transaction etc.
According to this page http://www.riddor.gov.uk/infocontent.html
it is law that makes employers having to comply.
=====================
We have not told the subject(s) that such a disclosure would take
place, hmmm
and if we did and they refused permission then what?
Is it the case that we disclose no matter what?
Charles
