The article starts with, "Companies may have to store information
indefinitely after a new Information Commission code on computerised
employee records becomes law later this year."
The article ends with, "The code, which offers guidance on complying with
the Data Protection Act, will be issued in four sections, after a short
consultation period in March."
Perhaps its time for the OIC to clarify, for everyones sake, whats actually
happening and when.
