This reply is a bit late but..
The "contents" of the messages sent from list servers (JISCMail included I
think) don't generally contain the addresses of the recipients (and not
necessarily the sender either). Effectively, each list member receives a
blind cc. Whether or not the current list of subscribers is available for
examination by list members is at the discretion of the list owner (who
must surely be a data controller in this instance?)
In general, it may not be possible for the manager of a list server to
answer the question of exactly which users received which messages for
anything other than recent list postings. Also, answering that question
may involve misusing information intended solely for backup purposes.
