Subject: Fair Processing Code
Dear All
Just a quick query. I have been researching 'Fair Processing Codes' that
organisations would post on their websites, outlining the uses to which any
personal data collected would be put.
I believe the OIC has a model 'Fair Processing Code'. I have searched their
website, but i am unable to find it. Can anyone help me? If I am wrong about
the OIC, has any other professional/official body issued such a Code? I am
particularly interested in the needs of public organisations.
Cheers
Adam
