I agree with Charles that it may be sensible to expand this mailgroup to
include FOI, as the two are so closely linked. Then we could all practice
deciding whether a request was FOI or DP, as it seems as though that is
going to be a critical decision to have to make on receipt of an
information request. A decision that we are all going to be battling with
fairly soon.

Of course, others may have good reasons why the mailgroups should be kept
separate..

If you have the responsibility it is unlikely to be less than Grade 3
(ALC, old University scales). Also it is unlikely to be just the two
