This is the case at Imperial where the new post covers other Central
secretariat issues as well as DP and FoI and where the title has no
indication of responsibility for either.

If you have the responsibility it is unlikely to be less than Grade 3
(ALC, old University scales). Also it is unlikely to be just the two
