I agree, in some cases it could identify several individuals. We had a case
last week where a solicitor sent an affidavit to an individual regarding a
child abuse case and unfortunately, it went to the wrong person i.e. they
both had the same name - it was one of those "McK" ones...Normally if that
is the case we would give them a number if there were say 5 individuals with
the same name but this one slipped through the net - all goes to prove
e-mail is not secure!
