Does anyone have details of a prohibition notice/case made by the DP
Registrar forbidding the transfer of data to the US? I believe it is
mentioned in the seventh Annual Report but I don't have this. It involved
name and address details being sent from UK to US companies that had been
involved in the promotion of horroscopes in the UK.
Any help greatly appreciated.
