IMHO no. However if your system also has a method of going straight to a
particular date/time then it might. Say for example a little note says "that
awkward so-and-so Ian Buckland is on this tape at 11:11:2002;11:00:04 and the
operator can then type in those details to access the images then it is
almost certainly automatic processing in response to instructions given.
Digitally recorded images are even more sophisticated than this.
