Well, yes, actually you CAN object - we didn't actually get to vote
on this, you know!
I feel strongly that Tim is quite justified in his concerns.
Essentially, the effects of this policy are going to be: either free
discussion (and admissions of ignorance!) on this list will now be
stifled; or people will forget the ease with which 'outsiders' will
be able to access what we probably all still think of as reasonably
confidential discussions with DTP colleagues...
