Subject: SAR from a company
We have had an SAR from Mr X who is the Managing Director of a company. The
company's activities are under investigation by our Public Protection Dept
amongst others (Planning etc) I have supplied copies of personal data that
related solely to Mr X (Council Tax, Benefits etc) but how do we stand re
the data relating to the business ? Do I disclose documents that are
addressed to him as MD, but relate to the Company ? Is this his personal
data too ?
