Good day,
If the picture is of sufficient quality to identify persons in the images you
cannot put them up as you are passing personal data world wide (ie.
through the internet) and all sorts of other reasons.
All the legal answers you may get and whatever, I think you could be OK to
use them (watch me given to the lions for saying this) if you have a very
very large warning notice for anyone wishing to enter the bar that there is a
webcam operating etc. You could have alternative bars without webcams.
Then you find that someone saw someone kissing his girlfriend or boyfriend
'n all the things people do when they are not supposed to do, and you may
get objections from students and the bouncers may not like them either when
they have to evict some undesirables and ... and ...
Gloom and doom. :-)
