"So, to be sure we are accurate, and we have your gender correct, would you
mind stripping off as a part of our data gathering effort, and being checked
out?"
Of course in Athletics this used to be done, and nowadays it is done with
hormone level checks. Oddly intrusive, yet apparently necessary
This is not aimed at you as the author of this post. Rather it is aimed at
those who choose to get to the deepest legalistic point about someone.
I SAY I am male. The Data Controller has to accept that unless and until
there is sufficient reason for a change.

Subject: Sex Change?????????
The forth pricipal states data must be "accurate and up to date". What does
this mean? "accurate and up to date" to the satisfaction of the data
subject?, if so then there is no problem as it is usually the datasubject
themselves who contest the inaccuracy of data. am I wrong????.
