I think this is a very dodgy area...I think you would have to prove that
they were neighbours from hell and not just accept someone phoning and
saying so...it could be a long-standing vendetta between two neighbours.
Although if it were checked out and did become available in the public
domain i.e. if there were court cases (these are reported on) then I am sure
that the local authority would be entitled to that information.
It's a bit like the violent warning marker list - who do you give the
information to etc.? How long are they categorised as "Neigbours from Hell"
etc.
