I've skimmed the first few pages of this document which mentions that
provisions of FOIA 2000 do not match with the DPA 1998 in all respects
e.g. "the access fee" (p.2)
Has an access fee for requests under FOIA been decided? If so, where can i
find the relevant secondary legislation? The closest I've come is
the "Draft Fees Regs" at: http://www.lcd.gov.uk/foi/secleg.htm
Cheers
