I just phoned the OIC's Notification Help Line. I got one of those
answering machine messages to tell me "all lines are busy, please try
later!" It hangs up! To me a QUEUE would be infinitely preferable!
Does anyone else get aggravated by answering services that do not take
messages? I mean how often can you press "redial" in the "inbound phone
call lottery?
