Bit disappointed Charles in you missing the PETS option here in your big
slapping hand solution.(Privacy enhancing technologys to the uninitiated).
e.g detector senses toilet used and no the tap has subsequently dispensed
water cross validated by the towel dispenser / hand dryer not detecting use
and the waste basket as appropraied did not receive input. Then the big
slapping hand activates on exit.
Or alternatively perhaps the door just self locks keeping the offender in
safe custody and generating wrath for the subsequent customers waiting to
use the facilities.
Hygiene standards improved, diesease and illness reduced, and no personal
data required.
