Maybe I'm missing the point - but how does your bank account confirm who you
are better than (say) NI number & birth certificate details, which are also
required?
Isn't that a breach of P3 re: adequate, relevant and not excessive?
Regarding processing in India, I didn't know that was where it was done,
certainly have not seen anything on CRB or Disclosure websites about
processing being done outside EEA.
Assume this means we have to warn prospective employees (plus taxi drivers,
et al) about transfer of their data to India - what if they object?
