How would any audit of any company ever be completed under these
conditions? If all information which identifies who is receiving
money is withheld from the auditor, there would be no chance of
uncovering improper payment.
I would have thought disclosure to your auditor for the purpose of
the audit would be fair and lawful and meet at least one of the
Schedule 2 conditions.
