I attended a session at CSUN "Technology and Persons with Disabilities"
conference in March, given by Mike Peplow, on the subject of Apple
speech recognition.
The situation is very much as Graham and Celia describe it.
However, the speaker reported that it is possible to run the PC version of
Dragon on an Apple with a PC emulator. It is relatively slow but if you
need what Dragon offers and you must have an Apple, there is no other
solution.
We haven't tried this so I can't comment, but I can let you have Mikes
contact details if you wish.
Regards
Paul
