There is the reasonable interval test. (Section 8(3)) If its the same
inividual using two agents (solicitors) then the content of the subject
access response should be virtually identical so probably not really an
issue. The reasonable interval test was to prevent nuisance requests caused
by frequency.
I would query the position directly with the data subject in case the two
solicitors are not in fact working for the data subject.
You can charge a fee for each occurance Section 7 (2) regardless of
frequency.
