Some basic questions will help
What's the Schedule 2 condition to legitimise your processing?
If para 6 of Sched 2, how are u to take account of the legimiate interests of
the Data Subject in not having the names displayed. Also, you are making the
Electoral Roll available for wider uses than commercial uses - so you need to
check the Representation of the Peoples legislation - it might be unlawful.
Do you have to be fair to the Data Subjects - if so, how are you to notify
them?
The whole aspect of wider use of the Electoral Roll is in the air given
Robertson v City of Wakefield.
\Personally, I would and to wait until the dust has settled

Subject: Public Documents
Is it legal to put public documents on the internet?
Could we put our electoral register (public document) on the internet and
make it searchable?
Thoughts from others appreciated.
