As an open response from an access consultant!
Generally a fairly simple building - eg a 6 storey 1960's college block
would be between £1500 to £2500.
Obviously extrapolate form that to your situation.
The cost will also depend on the timetable, number of buildings, and the
brief.
Asking for high insurance, feedback in database format and lack of drawn
information on plans all help to push the cost up because the consultant is
taking on a high liability.
The lower sot end are auditors who have done a short training course.
The midrange (like us) are those who want to develop 10 year programmes
which fit in with the estates development programme.
The high end of the range have discovered that some people can charge £500
per day for poor reports and get away with it because the demand is high!
Hope this helps.
