One possibility might be to have a standard web address for such sites i.e.
http://www.university.ac.uk/disability/ - I know that this might be a bit
head in the clouds as each institution has different web structures, but it
would make things much easier to find.
Technically, it is possible to have 'web address aliases' so entering
http://www.university.ac.uk/disability/ might actually take you to
http://www.university.ac.uk/studentservices/disoffice/ - might be worth
speaking to your Web Editor perhaps?
