As a member of a working group responsible for recommending 'a way forward'on
equal opps to our senior management I would welcome colleagues comments on the
way in which these issues are managed in their institutions i.e. is there a
dedicated post,if so is it full-time and at what level of seniority and in what
part of the structure,reporting to whom.Does it include staff and students in
the remit.
If no post,is there a group and if so how is it constituted etc.
Sorry,lots of questions but it would be so helpful to have this information and
of course colleagues' views on how effective the models in their institutions
have proved to be.
