I am amazed that a booking was made before agreement was received
from LEA. We require something in writing before an appointment is
offered. It may seem harsh but trying to jump the queue is not
helpful to others in waiting.
One of our biggest problems is the amount of student who fail to
attend appointments. Our reception staff are expert at building up
an emergency appointment list to fill the missed appointments!
