Good point Chris, but DLA is paid if you are:
"...so severely disabled that...you require (from another person)"
at the very least (lower rate care component)
"...in connection with your bodily functions, attention for a
significant portion of the day"
or you
"cannot prepare a cooked main meal for yourself"
So I can't see how someone with diabetes would qualify, unless
they had other problems, ie the complications referred to in this
debate. (Unless of course, you know different.....!)
