It does - but......
PageMaker can consist of many what they call "Stories". That is to say
individual pieces of text, which may or may not be linked, or threaded,
to the previous or next story.
Put very, very simplistically, you might have a book of 25 Chapters,
each being an individual story. You can click on the text of each
chapter, and export it as Text to a file - but you'd have to do that 25
times.
However, more complex articles might have say case studies in the middle
of the chapter, and these would also have to be treated individually.
You can however export a complete PageMaker document to an HTML file,
(certainly in 6.5 and above) but that process still leave much to be
desired if you just want text to produce Braille from say.
