You know it WOULD be heartening if that were all any of us had to worry
about! But these little things arrive and bite you in the backside
suddenly, so you deal with them AS they arise.
The "Reply to All" button is more dangerous than you think. You may have
received email addresses that you feel are now "public". You may feel that
you are "safe" to reply to all, with those email addresses happily in the
"TO" or "CC" fields. However technically all people who make data public
without the consent of the data subject are in breach of the law.

Isn't this question a bit like saying are there any "systems" to prevent
people putting their fingers in a plug socket? Just be careful.
The "system" we use is called being conscientious.
Anyway the only field you have to worry about is the BCC one. REPLY TO ALL
is only circulating email addresses that everyone has already received.
It must be very heartening to have such a perfect data protection system in
place that the only thing to worry about is if you click REPLY TO ALL rather
than REPLY.
Have a nice weekend.
