"the opt-out clause was supposed to be included in secondary legislation,
but ....... canvassing for the first registers to be compiled under the new
Act has gone ahead without the opt-out".
I've just received an electoral roll registration. Assuming there is no
opt-out (not yet checked), if I wrote in a clause of my own opting out of
commercial uses under the new Act, would it be enforceable?
