Hi Dave
I thought it was more Human Rights i.e. rights to privacy. The only
argument would be that a trial could be prejudiced due to the fact that
there has been so much publicity and any future jury could have already made
up their minds about the couple - automated decision making ...who knows???
and then there would be an appeal if found guilty ....and it will run and
run and run!
