According to the advice given by the DPC it is up to data subjects to create
the "disassociation" details necessary to break these links.
If the other person has lived at your current or previous address, at the
same time as you, especially if they have the same surname (or maiden name) a
financial link exists. If the link has been broken, for whatever reason, you
should tell the Credit Reference Agency.
You should then stop getting their details. And more importantly, they will
stop getting yours!!!!
