So, to continue with my paranoia from yesterday's thread re. the existence
of a unique identifier on my "secret" ballot, I now discover that the
information relating to whether or not I bothered to vote is freely
available to anyone who cares to take the trouble to ask.
To paraphrase "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" - this is clearly a new
definition of the word "secret" with which I was previously unfamiliar...
